How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you around 17%. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your dashboard. All charges are processed securely through Stripe.
What happens if I exceed my monthly email limit?
We will notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Overage emails on the Growth plan are billed at $0.0008 per email. On the Starter plan, sending pauses until the next billing cycle. Enterprise plans have custom overage terms.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Starter (free) tier.
Can I get a refund?
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you will not be charged for the next cycle. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
What is included in Enterprise custom pricing?
Enterprise pricing is tailored to your volume, compliance requirements, and support needs. It includes unlimited emails, dedicated IP pools, IP warmup management, SSO/SAML, a dedicated account manager, custom SLA, and 24/7 phone support. Contact our sales team for a quote.

Yes. We offer 50% off all paid plans for verified startups (under 2 years, under $5M funding) and registered non-profit organisations. Contact us with your details to apply.
